Documentation aid for a postnatal or labour-ward review. Risk factors follow NICE NG195, including the May 2026 amendments. Hypoglycaemia prompts follow the BAPM framework of September 2024 for term babies in the first 72 hours. Your local pathway and a senior review override both. This page does not calculate doses, phototherapy thresholds, or an early-warning score.
